“A special thank you to @jonbonjovi and his team for assisting a woman on the Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge on Tuesday night. Bon Jovi helped persuade her off the ledge over the Cumberland River to safety,” said the Nashville Metropolitan Police Department in a social media post.
“It takes all of us to help keep each other safe,” added John Drake, the Police Department’s chief.
